With expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning, she has become a trusted advisor to leadership teams across industries—from automotive and manufacturing to legal, nonprofit, finance, and healthcare.

She led a transformative initiative that increased employee retention from 64% to 91% by implementing targeted onboarding, engagement, and performance strategies. She’s also spearheaded successful recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) programs, led global hiring campaigns, and navigated complex organizational changes, including ERP system transitions and plant expansions.
Adenna’s commitment to community service is more than a passion — it’s her calling. As a licensed Missionary, she has transformed her own pain into purpose, focusing her efforts on uplifting underprivileged young women between the ages of 12 and 19. Drawing from personal experience, she also serves in ministry outreach to the unhoused, never forgetting the struggles she once faced herself.
